ALEON, although has expanded in construction services, we have stayed focused on the company's initial vision of creating cost-effective housing that is affordable for the overwhelming population who work hard everyday, yet find themselves priced out of seeing their family achieve the American Dream of homeownership or those who choose to rent have the option to enjoying quality living space, too. Over the past 20 years we have participated with civic engagement for local affordable housing initiatives, provided remodel and renovation services for non-profit organizations that produce affordable housing. Plus, completed small-scale development of housing single-family and multifamily.
ALEON has a goal of further expanding its actions in this marketplace by becoming one of the premier niche developers with the vision of supplying the ever increasing demand for cost-effective housing that is affordable for many families, specifically in under-served geographic locations.
Our Vision
Is to ensure that we can work on those type projects whenever possible either by providing: Repair Services, Remodel, Renovation or New Construction for both Single Family and MultiFamily properties.
Initiatives We Support
We support federal, state, local government, non-profit and community initiatives that assists in improving and increasing affordable housing options, as well as stimulate economic growth and encourage community-based participation in order to sustain a community’s overall success. One important factor that many businesses with similar affordable housing goals miss is including the community, local municipalities, local non-profit organizations and other small businesses to provide important input and feedback about what the community needs– API is keen to that very important factor.
