Our Story

ALEON was founded on faith, love, and trust by two amazing people, Bobby and Charmane Sellers. With ambitious dreams and visions, the Sellers started ALEON Properties Inc, which was named in honor of Charmane's Mother.

We started by being the go-to for residential and commercial real estate. Since 2003, we have built an incredible team that shares the core values of integrity, honesty, quality, and safety.

The expert team at ALEON has never had an OSHA safety incident. Not a single one.

In 2019, Bobby and Charmane were ready to build ALEON to scale and exit. After the tragic and sudden death of Bobby Sellers, Charmane vowed to fulfill the promise and commitment she and Bobby made together before his bright smiling joyful spirit left us.

The Leadership team rose to the occasion and stepped in to try to fill Bobby's shoes. Charmane held her head high and kept the business alive. The last few years have been one big blur.

January 28, 2023 marked ALEON's 20th anniversary and the milestone date that Bobby and Charmane planned to retire and sell the business.

As some of the leaders have slowly, one by one, retired from the business, Charmane decided to focus on two areas of business that ALEON had become known for, Painting and Pressure or Power Washing.

Charmane continues on, though some days are still much harder than others.

Her vision is still clear and her passion reignited (most days). 

Continue to grow ALEON's legacy by delivering quality craftsmanship with every single project and continue to build up and beautify the communities they hold so dearly.
